I've been experiencing electric shock like sensations down my back and heart palipations

Recently this year I've been experiencing electric shock like sensations down my back and is a bit painful but mostly really annoying. this sensation has happened 2 times so far. when it happens it will last for a day and my arms kinda get strained and they kinda get cold. like i said these are very recent but the heart palpitations have started a few years ago. The palpitations hurt my throat, chest, and left shoulder and mostly happens when i take weird intake of breath or my breath is irregular. They are really painful. I have never told anyone of the palpitations because they were never very frequent and when they do happen i just suffer through them. The electric shock never really happened while had these palpitations.

what is going on? should i get help?

    Those shock feelings combined with the other painful problems should really be referred to your doctor for an opinion. They may be symptoms of a nerve problem that needs treatment.
