I've been experiencing heart palpitations for almost 1 week and a half..

i am a 22 year old female who weighs about 145 and has dealt with a lot stress. ive been to the hospital twice and have normal results for xrays, urine samples, ekg and have been told its solely my anxiety, stress and depression etc. i have a lot of trouble sleeping accompanied by vivid dreams or vivid nightmares which usually wake me up and im either confused as whether something really happened or if its a nightmare i have terrible chest pain /heart thumping out of my chest.. i almost feel as though I'm going crazy from lack of sleep for example the heart palpitations, and i start to think about crazy stuff in my mind and its frightening me terribly please someone give me insight if even comfort its gonna be okay, ill take advice and more importantly if you have any further questions let me know ( sorry about the sloppy writing im currently writing this at 7am )

      Hi, anxiety is absolutely terrible and I'm sorry to say its not always easy to except that all these horrendous symptom can be just that.

      Have you had any blood tests done especially things like thyroid, vitamin D etc.

      I'm sure you will come out the other side of the tunnel stronger and less frightened because the majority of anxiety revolves around fear.

      Do you have family that you can turn too.

      I let anxiety rule my life for many years and it seems like a lot of it is self inflicted but it doesn't make it any easier to deal with.

      If you talk about it I promise it does help
