I've been experiencing issues since Uterine Fibroid Embolization. Should I be concerned?

I was told by my Radiologist that my pain would last only a few days and I can resume life as normal after 2 weeks. It's been exactly 3 weeks since my procedure and I've been experiencing a lot of cramp/pain in my pelvic area, lower stomach, hips, lower back and sometimes radiating down my legs. During the day it's a dull achy pain that comes and goes. I notice if I sit or walk for a relatively short period (30 mins or more) the pain starts. At night it gets really bad and on two separate occasions I experienced dripping night sweats. Two nights ago I woke up with my right arm cramping in the same way and as I massaged it for relief I felt a lump in the crease of my elbow. Which to me felt like a lump in or on my vein. I visited the ER but it wasn't treated as an emergency. I was given an appointment to return in 2 weeks to have an ultrasound done on my arm.

Is it normal to be experiencing these issues after 3 weeks? I'm getting a bit worried that perhaps the procedure has done me more harm than good.
