I’ve been experiencing itching around my anus. I discovered this right inside of my rectum. Help!

Hi! per the title, ive been experiencing constant itching in and my butthole. i treated myself for pinworms and even a yeast infection to no avail.

i decided to do some investigating and found this small, stalk like growth right inside of my rectum. any idea what this could possibly be? ive got no history with hemorrhoids or any bleeding during BM's. i'm going to schedule an appointment with a proctologist but in the interim any insight is appreciated!image
