I’ve been experiencing weird symptoms for a while now

First, for many years i have had on and off eczema on my hands. Just this summer, it has become more severe, spread to a spot on my inner elbow, and did not go away. I went to a doctor and got prescribed a steroid cream and have been using it since. it has since spread in small patches in a few other places. i also have two spots below the corner of my lips and dryness along my cheeks. The cream helps, but eventually my skin gets dry again, starts to become pink, and only gets worse from there unless i manage it with the cream. My hands will get bumps on them if it progresses far enough.
Second, I experience occasional constipation. My parents said that I've always had larger stool and used to be afraid to go the bathroom because i said it hurt (granted i was a rather scared child). Just this summer i got a hemorrhoid and then was experiencing constipation to the point that i went to urgent care. I had already drank half a bottle of magnesium citrate and was told to finish that. On and off i still experienced large stool and occasional issues. i drink fruit smoothies every morning but it still happens.
Third, I have always gotten nausea if i don't eat within a few hours of waking up, yet it has gotten worse lately. just a week ago i nearly puked before i drank my smoothie. It also seems to happen occasionally now if I'm on an empty stomach in general.
Fourth, I get headaches. These also have increased in frequency lately and i get a slight headache almost daily.
Things to know: I'm in my mid teens; I became a vegetarian over a year ago and eat a relatively healthy diet (not a lot of sugar, lots of fruits + veggies, minimal processed foods, etc.); i got tested for Celiac disease because it runs in the family (came back negative); I started taking a multi-vitamin thinking it would help but no luck; and I avoid irritating soaps as much as possible and use natural shower products.
Any advice to help figure this out would be helpful.

Hi there,
I found in my 20's that I have intolerance to wheat and dairy. Not celiac , my reaction is eczema, itching and at worse diarrhea. My main symptom after eating wheat/dairy is I get patches on my face that get sore and look very red. These then dry out(probably due to then not touching the product that has caused the issue)
milk gives the same reaction and to the point of my body fully evacuating the product from my body.
when I don't have either, I don't get the issue. it's not a gluten thing-It's a wheat thing for me as I am ok with Rye but not Spelt. I have been off both for over 20 years now and have no eczema unless I accidentally have some products containing wheat or milk. I have been vegetarian for over 30 years also.
I have children who don't have dairy and one who doesn't have wheat or dairy as they also get eczema with these products.
You could try keeping a food diary to see if this gives an indication of what maybe causing it?

hi I had eczema most of my life I even went to a hospital to try different treatments I was still at school one day I was talking to my science teacher about it he told me it never heals it will lay dormant until something upset me then it will surface I fount this to be true one thing I found was a bar of imperial leather soap not the liquid it really helps also you should take lactose at night until you are no longer constipated as this will help you go without much struggle and will help keep you regular have a think and see if you have a worry good luck
