I've been feeling burning sensation in my eye for the last one week,what measures should I take?

Hii everyone,I'm Surya 22 years old.I dont know what happened to my eye but for the last 1 week I'm feeling burning sensation and becoming waterd eyes continuously.I don't have sight and I didn't feel like this before.I used cipla x but didnt get cured.So please suggest me a good idea and tell me why it happens.
