Hello guys. Hope you doing great these winter days. My name is Gustavs. I'm 17. I do a lot of sports, play football for team and in spear time go to gym to keep myself fit. I'm here to ask what's wrong with me. Around 2 months and half ago, after second time in gym, next day woke up and hopssss - got this dizziness, thought - oh welllll, maybe it's some kind rush for day or hours. Next day woke up again - dizzy.  So I got this dizziness for nearly 3 months, also my tiredness increased by mile, even I get 7-10 hour sleep most nights. Also my vision is getting worse for some reason, I feel so confused all the time in day, don't know what is going on, can't concentrate, and I feel really worried about this, sometimes I can't live with it, worried if I got something more serious, but hopefully not. I drink plenty of water past month. Been doing exercises for past month. I don't drink alcohol or smoke. Also I got bad back and neck, like my shoulders hurt and neck when I try to stretch it or exercise with it, so I tried back trainings and nothing, today I got even worse dizziness and confusion. I went to doctors like month ago, he checked me, all was fine, ears, mouth, eyes - everything was fine. Had a blood test, it was fine, but had too high iron, because I eat a lot of red meat and cereals. Now I'm waiting for my brain scan and neurologist or whatever it's called. So yes, if anyone got ideas what's wrong with my organism, please reply to this. Thank you ! smile

Try a couple things as I have been dizzy many times in my life.

Do you get dizzy rolling over in bed? If so look up epply maneuver.

If your neck hurts look up cervical dizziness and a PT can help you with that.

If your neck burns look up occipital neuralgia.

All I have in my bag of goodies today. I have learned all of this by experience.

If you have questions just ask.

    Peace!

    Hiya,

I’m 18, been suffering from vertigo now for nearly year, so I know how you feel and how horrible it is with school/college, clubs, socialising, etc. Has anyone considered this to be a migraine issue? If you get headaches, you should document when and the severity of them, but there’s also such thing as a silent migraine, where you get the other symptoms (such as vertigo) without the headache. This is what they’re looking into for me now, I’m on migraine prevention tablets to see if it makes any difference. It’s certainly worth a shot! It’s brilliant your tests so far have come back clear. Perhaps an opticians appointment may be a good idea, they can check behind your eyes and also make sure the problem isn’t routed with the eyes.

Best of luck with your MRI and neurologist appointment, I hope your vertigo worries are resolved soon!

    Hi Gustav,

I got same symptoms since a year ago. Done MRI, blood etc. Feel very sick every day. My ENT specialist said that I have to change my job, to much stress and my brain is very tense" hope you find a way on this which will be very hard. Take care.

When you drink a lot of water your sodiun goes down and that's not good , it can give you dizziness and lower blood pressure , make sure you replace that sodium lost with extra urination

Today , I woke up and dizziness is gone worse for some reason . Like I felt more unstable. I don’t know whether to just calm myself and tell that tomorrow will be better or for safety get to hospital ?

Like day ago I went to hospital , they checked me , blood pressure was high , told all symptoms to doctor , he tested me out my coordination and so on , he said it’s fine , he said I had too many red blood cells in my body. After that he said I have to rest a lot now and go to radiology .. tried to rest past this day and still the same , very dizzy ..
