I’ve been feeling strange since I started coming off Carbimazole.

i need help honestly as im going crazy. i was diagnozed of hyperthyriodism and was prescribed csrbimazole 5mg three times daily with propanolol 40mg twice daily for a month. After a month, the levels have become normal and the endocrinologist asked me to be on 5mg daily and now 5mg every other day but still continue with propanolol 80mg but ive been feeling very crazy this week, chronic insomnia even though I'm sleepy, tiredness and tremors , the tremors havent gotten any better and now my toes move on their own when my body is at rest. What can medication can i use to sleep as my doctor doesnt want to give me any sleeping pills but the inability to sleep is really affecting me. Anxiety has gotten better
