Hello! I've never written in these columns but I'm feeling desperate and would greatly appreciate some help. I am a 31 year old female. I've been feeling super dizzy like I'm going to faint all the time I've found myself trying to eat as much as I can, btw I've lost my appetite to maintain myself afloat. Eating only helps for an hour or so and then I feel extremely dizzy again and eat something to calm it down but it never goes away altogether. It's a feeling like I'm going to die I feel so bad. My symptoms are: extreme dizziness, I pee a about 3 times per one glass of water, my muscles are twitching all over I don't know if it's my veins, and I have fluttering in my chest and a sharp pain that radiates. The heart fluttering started about 3'months ago and the dizziness accompanied it about 3 weeks ago after I was feeling better and went out to drink with friends since that day I've been extremely dizzy everyday over the past 3 weeks I can't take it anymore. I was prescribed adderall and would drink it 5 times a week and stopped taking it since Inhad an arritmia 5 months ago. I've been to the hospital several times and my lab work and sugar come out fine, and I also saw a cardiologist and he did a halter and a sonogram and came out ok. I am desperate and don't know what to do to get help anymore. I've always been a happy person full of life and I don't have any stress Injust want to go back to my healthy life.

Hi Rebecca, has the doctor/hospital said what it is that's making you dizzy? What's Adderall? Perscribed for?

Adderal is an amphetamine prescribed for attention deficit disorder. The doctors couldn't find anything wrong with me. Which is very frustrating and the weird thing about it all is that I feel better when I eat so it must be something related to that.

Apparently they just did my regular blood test and said I'm not diabetic. Cause my sugar was ok but they haven't done a fasting glucose test. Could it be that I'm prediabetic or that since I ate when the did by blood and sugar work it wasn't accurate?
