I've been having a sore throat today and for weeks, there's discomfort in throat and chest

I've been having sore throat for weeks and chest pains. And for sometime there are body pains on left arm, lower abdomen, lower back and sometimes on the ear, also sometimes I have trouble breathing and hard time swallowing. This time, I'm experiencing a throat discomfort and sometimes sudden random pain when positioned wrong or talking.image
