i'm having abnormal changes in stool and im going to poop a lot everyday i feel like gases in my stomach or belly i dont know how to explain it , and my stool keeps changing like one time its mushy and one time it's dark brown diahrrea and sometimes solid and yellowish so i dont know and im really worried what can it be
