I’ve been having bad anxiety lately

Lately I have been getting really bad anxiety out of nowhere, like as if I’m about to have a panic attack. My chest gets really tight, I feel really tired (during the event) and it scares me I’m having a heart attack. Does anyone else get these issues and what do you do to calm yourself? Please help. Thank you

    Hi Ryan,

Yes they are symptoms of Anxiety. But to reassure yourself go to the Drs to check your blood pressure etc...

But it does sound like  an Anxiety/ Osnic attack which can make you feel tired. Try breathing in through your nose & out of your mouth. In your spare time try some mindfulness. You can get through this!

    Take care

This can be caused by Anxiety, and your chest may feel tight.

Dependent on your age or if you have not reported this, on this occasion have words with your GP. If it is Anxiety that will be confirmed and you can get on with your life. If on fight or flight if it goes on for an extended period this will make you feel tired. To get over this you can try Breathing Technique to calm your self down. Also research Mindfulness, a Relaxation Technique. Both can be found here or on the web.

Anxiety can mimic many nasty symptoms but as long as you have been checked by a doctor you are OK. i know it is hard not to worry. Any kind of pain and my anxiety is in overdrive but I have learned to trust my doctor.
