I’ve been having bad stomach pain and weird stool for a couple months now I really really need help

i been having bad stomach pain for awhile now i got diagnosed with ibs but ive been having blood and black specks and weird things coming out my stool so they did a stool test it came out negative but recently this week my stool turned darkbrown/black.my doctor isnt helping and its stressing me out imageimageimage

    it sounds strange but has your doctor suggested a tapeworm?
