I've been having brown spotting for 3 months, what could be the cause of this?

My normal period was on June 13 - 17. But on July 05 - 16, I experienced brown spotting and then happen again on July 21-27. I took PT Last August 11 (2pts), 17, and 24 . All came out negative. Then August 28 - September 2, I spot again. And recently, Oct 3 started having light bleeding, (flow is consistent but very light and reddish in color.) It was accompanied by pain in the lower right abdomen and back. Still bleeding until now. Planning to have TransV once it stopped. What do you think could it be? I'm so stressed with this one
