I've been having headaches for a week now. Also mental problems?

Hi. 20 year old here. To start off, I have been having headaches since a week ago. The pain is mostly around the forehead area and the back of the head, but it sometimes go all over the head as well. I went to the doctor recently and he said it could be tension headaches or sinus. I took a PNS X-ray and some blood tests, and they all came out normal. Took medications as well though it doesn't seem to be improving things. I'm going to go to a specialist on Tuesday which could mean I have to take a CRT or MRI scan.

The reason I've been mostly scared is that I fear I'm having personality changes? Things that I used to enjoy doing before, I can barely do them now. I lose interest. I can't eat as well as before either. Also been having weird intrusive thoughts on top of that. I like to be with more people now rather than being alone in my room like before. I'm just really weird this could lead to something awful in the future that I can't come back from.
