I've been having near constant neck pain along with unsteadiness when standing

I've been having some pain in my neck, just on the right side, down in to my shoulder. I also have a weird sensation in my right eye when I've been standing too long. It doesn't get blurry, just feels really strange, almost like I need to close it. If I stand for longer than 2 or 3 minutes I get dizzy/lightheaded and have to sit or lie down and let the feeling pass. I've had an MRI, 2 CT's and lots of labs, all of which came back normal. I've tried taking several different meds that are supposed help with dizziness, but nothing has helped. I went to an ENT doctor last week and he referred me to a physical therapist. I don't have any known health issues other than having Hashimoto's Disease and Hypothyroidism.
Anyone experience anything similar? I'm going on 2 months of this daily and I am desperate to get my life back.

In September I had an instance while traveling every time I would turn my neck to the left I would hear a crunching like sound, but never thought any more about it until all this neck pain started. Do you think that could have had anything to do with this too?

I don't know if that is the cause or not. Maybe you have a pinch nerve. I have been spaced out for 7 yrs everyday but I am going to get some neck work done. I was told that dry needling the scm could help. I hope it is your SCM and you get it fixed. I would hate for anybody to have this for as long as me. Good luck!

I'm taking PT for dizziness and they said my neck is very stiff and they are working on it. They have asked me to do those exercise for neck and dizziness 3 times a day, however i haven't started regularly. so far there are good years with and without neckpain, however the dizziness was still same for me.so i really doubt my neck or ear crystals are causing the issue or not. They also did a VNG test and said my left ear side has some imbalance, they passed some cold and hot air in both of my ears that makes the room spin feeling(Vertigo). Verigo is not an issue for me but the dizziness/blurry vision feeling with low energy(this where i dont feel it is something to do with neck as energy is totally from your digestion).
