I've been having small constipated stools for a year now.

I have had constipation for 8 years now but it wasn't this severe until now. My bowels are low in volume and small in size, it's almost like i am eating alot while excreting none. I wonder where does the food go?

Along with this, i feel dehydrated.. Even though i drink alot water i still feel thirsty all the time and i p**s alot. It's like i am p*****g more water than i actually drank. I think both of these conditions are co-related but i don't know, any suggestions?

Have you seen a doctor? Perhaps you should get a blood test.

      hey thanks for your response.

my dad is a doctor himself but he doesn't take my symptoms seriously or thinks they are not a big problem. I want to tell you a weird experience i once had like 2 years ago when i was admitted in hospital for skin rashes, vomiting and diarreha. As far as i remember my dad injected antibiotics, a bottle of distilled water and some other medicine through my veins. After 30 mins, i was feeling totally new... literally... My rashes were gone, Moreover i wasn't feeling tired (which i usually do), I was Sweating (i don't sweat alot & i have dry skin). So my theory is around, i have bad microbe system in my body & my digestive system is bad but i want to know your thoughts.

Can blood play a major role in this? Lack of exercise/Poor body posture? or Poor diet?

I guess the first place to start is to check your glucose.  If you are diabetic, that could account for the excessive thirst and urination.  If, in fact, you are urinating so much that you are somewhat dehydrated, that could possibly cause constipation.

I am 22 years old, i don't have diabetes but i will take a blood test for confirmation.

Hi.  If you think that your problems might be caused by the bacteria in your gut, why don't you consider taking one of the microbiome tests that are being advertised?  I want to get to the bottom (so to speak!) of what is going on in my gut, so have purchased one of the tests.
