I’ve been having symtoms since January 2022

hello ive been having these episodes of dizziness and palpatations that last almost all day for a whole week straight (i thought this was to do with my menstrual cycle as it seemed to ease after that! bit gradually things got worse i started getting stabbing chest pains flutters in throat and neck gained 10kg still felt woozy and had the palpitations and pains! ive been a&e numerous times even had the ambulance out as the pain gets that bad and the breathing (plus i worry more as i suffer with bradycardia and syncope! anyway all tests normal apart from 3 blood tests high thyroid levels so i actually was relieved maybe it was this and now i can be treated how wrong was i my next two blood tests cane back with normal thyroid levels as you have to have so many done before they medicate! so back to square 1 with the chest pain the dizziness the palpitations and now me always googling or worrying there's something they have missed or i have heart issues i think its made me anxious and stress about this all the time its all i ever think about! even with all the test being normal i just cant get it out my head its ruining my life! could this have been anxiety from the beginning with all these symptoms i have been prescribed citalopram but i haven't started it yet as i already feel so horrible with the dizziness i don't know what to do anymore! ive even had tests for blocked sinus ears etc! i dont understand how it can be anxiety i am happy with my life since January 2022 'made the best decision but then all this started late january so i dont understand please help i need to feel better for my little one x
