I got them in my groin area , a bit itchy. Im not sexually active and have never been.

Its most probably a fungal infection. Get some cream from the chemist/pharmacy which contains 1% Clotrimazole and rub it into the rash every night before sleep. If that doesnt clear in 2 weeks,see your doctor.
