I've been having these episodes for months, what is it?

Been having these episodes since the beginning of the year, it entails rapid heart rate, lightheadedness, shaking, and anxiety. It only happened once a month, then twice a month, and quickly turned into something I feel every day. I have dry eyes and lightheadedness consistently, along with new symptoms such as excessive burping/peeing, constipation, upper abdominal pain and my left ribcage is protruding at the top while my right ribcage is protruding from the bottom. Has anyone else dealt with this?
