I've been having these pimples looking at the bottom of my buttcheeks and near my vagina

I've had this problem since February, I went to my doctor and she said it was nothing and gave me a cream that didn't do anything. I was diagnosed with herpes type 2 in December of 2015. I don't know if an outbreak could last so long or it can make it be my skin like that,

Outbreaks, especially subsequent recurrences, don't tend to last very long (1-2 weeks). A continued skin problem that persists unchanged for weeks/months is not herpes. I doubt it's related either. What did your doctor think they are and prescribe? Are the pimples sore? Do you have many? Just curious. Perhaps it's related to your yeast infection instead (as you've mentioned elsewhere) and the prolonged irritation that caused.

Got a question why do u still break out even tho you don't have sex at all?,

Sex isn't the only trigger for herpes, and sometimes, especially with new infection, it just happens. Herpes is continuously being kept in check by your body, so when your body lets its guard down, you can get a recurrence. This can happen due to illness, prolonged stress, friction, surgery, alcohol, etc. Varies from person to person.

If you are talking about recurrences, yes, you can get them for other reasons, sometimes for no obvious reason at all. I had a bad cold recently and that caused me to get my first full-on recurrence (very nasty single lesion). Alcohol no longer seems to do it for me. Some women find that menstruation (and menopause) triggers recurrences, but fortunately not so far in my case, touch wood. It really varies.

Hi,,I,ve been having these spots on my butt, and sorness on my genitals since November,I,ve been swabbed for all sorts and all neg,I,m booked for private blood test in 2 weeks for h..can a first infection realy last this long?? My symptoms started 2 days after unprotected sex with intense burning on my genials which lasted 3 weeks!! I,ve had a few white spots in upper pubic but that was a day after shaving..i,m so down..

A first outbreak can last 3-4 weeks from onset to complete healing, while recurrences tend to be much milder and shorter (1-2 weeks, as noted above, but usually just a few days if mild). No single outbreak would last for months.

Did you have lesions during your suspected first outbreak, and if so, were these swabbed negative within a couple of days of appearing? You mention burning, but not lesions, only white spots later on (which don't sound like herpes, btw).

If you do the antibody blood test for herpes, make sure it's a type-specific IgG test for HSV-1 and 2. Do not do the IgM test. It is inaccurate and useless for herpes, but many doctors still aren't aware of this, so continue to order it.

I,ve also had achy butt and aches down my legs, pain in my knees all of which starts whilst the burning was going on

If this has been going on continuously, and you've never had a proper outbreak, it's not likely herpes. But to put your mind at ease, do the IgG test. You've past the window period, so can test anytime.

P.S. You also swabbed negative for herpes, so the spots were likely just spots. Many people with confirmed herpes don't get all of the nerve issues you mentioned. Some can, but it's certainly not a given, so it doesn't necessarily mean you have herpes.
