I’ve been having weird symptoms for a while, should I be concerned?

So I'm starting to realize a pattern I have with some symptoms that I have dealt with for a while. It doesn't happen all the time, but occasionally I would first experience my eyesight getting extremely blurry and hard to see. I am pretty blind and wear glasses, but it just gets so bad that glasses doesn't even help. Then it would slowly go into me having a painful headache, mainly around my forehead and a bit around my eyes. The best way to explain the pain levels is probably around a migraine or worse. And then after a while, I forgot which order, but I would have trouble breathing and I would get really hot like I'm burning up. This would all happen in less than 5 minutes and it's the third time this has happened to me.

First time it was when I was in the 8th grade. I was in class and it was very obvious that I just was not feeling it, and I couldn't focus no matter what. I had went to the doctor but I had mention some other things I've experienced, and they believed I had acid reflux (which I don't think caused my previous symptoms).

The second and third time this happened, it was recently but it goes away around in 30 minutes if I take some medicine. I'm currently 17 and I don't know if I should be concerned of what's going on or if this is normal?!

Symptoms: blurry vision, eye pain, headache, trouble breathing, body gets hot, trouble focusing.
