I've been in a full leg cast for 3 days and just been woken up to pain in knee what should I do

I've had an above knee cast on due to me fracturing my shin bone and I've just been woken up to a pain in my knee under the cast and have no clue on what to do any help?

    Are you in UK? Call NHS direct or equivalent if not in England. Or go to urgent care centre if there is one. Were you ah inpatient? Could call ward for advice.
