I've been in abdominal pain for 5 months, what should I do?

I am 31 years old suffering from lower abdominal pain for the last 5 months with severe fatigue and flatulance with passing stool like feeling but no stool when in the toiletries . I have seen 2-3 docters in the past with no real output. i had several blood tests, ultrasound, Fibroscan and endoscopy done with everything normal. My current gastroenterologist put me on Razo-D and riconia multivitamins tablets but i am not feeling well and still in pain and tired all the time. Guys any help would be really appreciated.

I would agree with the colonoscopy.. especially if you say you have LOWER abdominal pain.. surprised the doctor's did an endoscopy.. that only goes so far in your upper abdomen
