I’ve been living with scary symptoms, need help

Ok this is my first post ever in an online health forum. I don’t know where else to turn. I’m 48 male. My quality of life has been taken away from me February 14 of 2015. Since then I been living with very scary symptoms and have yet to experienced a normal day. My symptoms are: weak lightheaded off balance faint feeling, random slight nausea without the vomiting, random chest pain from just above both pecs and middle all the way down left side which I believe just below rib cage area. Very scary symptoms. Basically different random spots mentioned above. I have these symptoms from the time I wake up till I go to sleep. Some days are worse then other days. I even gave up smoking in October of 2016 hoping it would help, it did not. The only time I don’t feel these symptoms is when I’m sleeping. I’ve been seeing a heart specialist (actually she specializes in the whole human body) I’ve had a head MRI, bone, spine, chest scans, blood work, lung scan, ECG, ultrasounds, heart scans and tests, endoscopy, basically every test under the sun and all negative. It would be greatly appreciated if I could get some guidance on what to do.

Symptoms are still vague, and they can be symptoms of many things. So it's difficult to diagnose. Until some other symptoms appear.
Does it get worse upon movement or exercise?
I would say it does not seem to be lungs or even heart if it does not change after exercise or rest. Also not the stomach because you did an endoscopy.
Is your colon working fine?
Do you feel stress in your life?

For a few months on the left side just below rib cage i had daily episodes where the deeper I breathed in the worse the pain was, at least that went away on it’s own. Now I’m getting random pain in same area but a different pain that comes and goes lasts about a second or two. As mention in my opening post I’m also getting random shots of pain just above both sides of pecs.
The specialist I’m seeing says it may be muscular and it will sort out on it’s own? I see her again in June. She is out of options and don’t know what to do.
I was getting fluttering and palpitations for couple weeks when the chest pain started then it went away on it’s own. I can’t push or touch the pain.
