I've been noticing this for several weeks after oral sex what could it be I'm scared is it warts??

It seems unlikely that it could be warts (HPV).  You haven't given us a pic or much of a description though (size, colour, location).  The only thing I can guess at is pearly penile papules, which are very common, and not an STI.

They are in my labia and look like tiny small fingers they're pink and they don't itch sometimes they does but not always

I'd been over at the penile disorders forum, so I'd assumed you were male.  Since you're female though, you probably have vestibular papillamatosis (the female version of pearly penile papules).  It's very common, and not an STI.

You should get get checked out though.  You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

Yes, I'm fairly sure that what's in the pic is just VP.  The person that posted it (in 2009) didn't get a diagnosis, but was told by a doctor that it wasn't warts.
