Its most likely herpes if there were a cluster of bumps/blisters that popped and turned into a sore. Herpes is very common. One out of five people has herpes so try not to let it get you down, if you find out you do have it. It's possible that its not genital herpes (HSV2) but instead HSV1 which can effect the genitals instead of the mouth. Have a full STD screen done for a proper diagnosis. Good luck.

Btw... You couldn't have gotten test results back that quick and if you try hiding your diagnosis or avoiding a diagnosis, you're putting yourself at risk for catching another STD the next time you go unprotected. You're only fooling yourself sweetheart. Should've made them get tested with you the first time. Take care.

I am now asymptomatic, which means I’ve had the virus for a very long time and I don’t get outbreaks. It doesn’t affect me physically bit that doesnt mean that I don’t have to share my status with anyone im sexually active with. im not here to judge you and if if you ever need someone to talk to, feel free to DM me.
