I've been peeing so often...what should I do ?

Posted , 3 users are following.

I have to go pee every 10-15 minutes or so and only a little bit comes out. There is no pain, no cloudy pee nothing neither blood or yellow pee, it's normal like every other day. But this is really getting me mad beacusse i have to get up every few minutes to pee duirng my sleep at night. I'm not drinking any more or less water. And after an hour or two when I'm done peeing I feel thirsty and I gotta start the same routine. I'm 19 years old. Should I go to a urologist soon or what ? Is this serious ?

Go to your doctor. They will do some blood tests first to out rule any problems like diabetes etc first. You could just have a urine infection which is easily treated with anti biotics. Do not worry but seek medical advice. It is nothing to be embarrassed about they deal with it all the time.

Hope diabetes isnt gonna be that dangerous...btw I have my dad's blood sugar checker...accucheck or smth like that..anyway I'm gonna try that once then...should know what my sugar level is. Still I'll be heading to a specialist.

      Thanks

As long as yo see someone. You need to check all the basics first with a doctor/GP. A doctor can then refer you to a specialist if need be. Well that is the usual procedure here in the UK. Not sure where you are from but i am sure you will get sorted in the end. Do not leave it too long though.Goodluck with it all.

I have a bladder infection that only came to light because I need to pee all the time.  I have no pain or any other symptoms but they did find blood in my urine even though I couldn't see it

Go see your GP.  He'll give you antibiotics whch will clear it.  But the longer you leave it the worse it'll get
