I've been sick for close to ten months now, do I need to be worried?

I started feeling extremely fatigued and unwell mid-2020 and went to the doctor with a suspected UTI, and due to proteins in the urine, was sent home with antibiotics. This was however later ruled out on the culture.
FIRST BLOODS
Bloods were done which showed slight elevators on the CBC (wbc=17.2 x 10e9/L {4.0-11.0} and neutrophils=13.0x10e9/L {1.9-7.5} )
- renal normal
- reproductive hormones normal
- thyroid within range
- liver function slightly abnormal (Alk. Phosphatase=101U/L {20-90} )
- iron a bit low (transferrin saturation=13% {16-45})
- also slight concern over pre-diabetes (hbA1c=41mmol/mol {<41})
\ >> My migraines then started increasing signifcantly in intensity and frequency but my CT scan came back normal
SECOND BLOODS
CBC was relatively the same, except lymphocytes rose also this time (4.2x10e9/L {1.0-4.0})
- My quantative CRP was also raised (6mg/L {<6})
THIRD BLOODS
CBC once again the same but with the smallest increse in monocytes also
- iron dropped a bit more (transferrin saturation=9% {16-45} and serum iron=6 umol/L {10-30})
- small elevation in calcium
- liver function high again (Alk. Phosphatase=105U/L {20-90} )
- blood sugars getting better (hbA1c=36mmol/mol {<41})
- faecal calprotectin=60 ug/g {0-50}
\>> abdominal pain and acid reflux got bad so ultrasound was done which only found increased echogenicity within the liver (e.g. fatty liver)
FOURTH BLOODS
- rheumatoid factors normal
- immunoglobins normal (IgG, IgA, IgM)
- Ana negative
\>> started getting chest pain and trouble breathing but X-ray was clear
\>> then had an upper and lower endoscopy and all that was found was evidence of acid reflux
FIFTH BLOODS
- quantative CRP high again (10mg/L {<6})
- cortisol normal
- normal chromogranin A
- evidence of past EBV infection (mono)
\>> list of total systems now is:
- frequent low grade fever
- night sweats
- nightmares
- fatigue
- headaches
- pins and needles
- acid reflux and indigestion
- trouble concentrating
- hives / itchiness
- rectal bleeding
- phlegm and shortness of breath
- high resting heart rate, 130 bpm
- mood changes
- appetite changes
- slow healing
- and more
I guess my question is, do I need to be worried?
