I've been sick for nearly 2 years and doctors won't help?

And they all think I'm crazy or not eating enough daily. But there are a lot of times where the discomfort doesn't make me want to eat or drink. They also don't know what it wrong with me at this point.

I've been having issues on and off with the following (including, but not limited to):

  • Throat irritation, dryness and soreness ; it feels like I smoked something
  • Nasal and ears discomfort/ears feeling like they might pop
  • Headaches
  • Chest pain (stabbing chest/breastbone pain)
  • Oral thrush (possibly due to steroid medication for suspected sinus or bacteria buildup)
  • Radiating or random abdominal pain in upper, middle, or lower abdomen areas
  • Nausea
  • Mucus feeling in throat
  • Recently had a runny nose
  • Indigestion
  • Heartburn
  • Iron deficiency anemia
  • Feeling faint or lightheaded (happening a little more recently)
  • Constipation and fissures (not too recently)
  • Looser stools (very recent, not diarrhea, but the toilet water can be brown with solid/semi-solid stools and/or flaky).

Results of tests (including, but not limited to):

  • Endoscopy and colonoscopy = normal (just a benign polyp and mild acid reflux)
  • Barium swallow for throat, small bowel study = all normal (no reflux found when they looked at stomach also when I felt reflux-like symptoms)
  • Ultrasound of liver, kidneys, gallbladder, spleen, pancreas = all normal
  • Thyroid ultrasound - a few likely benign nodules, nothing found on the test they ordered
  • No allergies, ENT said throat looked clear
  • Heart ultrasound = normal

I do have mild GERD, but I can still eat spicy food and stuff (my GERD seemed worse last year, there were some days I couldn't eat at all). I have at least one weak nerve in my lower body and a bulging disc. I was recently diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction and have yet to get treatment for it. My blood pressure (no high blood pressure) seems to be steadily getting lower (ex: 98/60, 91/60). My throat is still chronically irritated and my body pains still bother me, but doctors think it might be all in my head.

Are there any more ideas or tests I should look into? Please feel free to ask me any questions (I urge you to actually).
