I've been spitting blood since March 2018 anyone else have this problem ?

Right so im 28 female and ive been spitting blood since march 2018 I wake up in the morning i can taste the blood and when I spit theres blood in may 2018 i had a ent test another camera test into my stomach all they found was some stomach inflammation also a hiatus hernia im worried as over the past months ive been spitting blood but the spit used to be clear mixed with blood now its yellow with blood also over the past few weeks the bloods started happening during the day as well i feel upset i cant help but worry anyone else had this problem please get in contact in also asthmatic but never had blood since March 2018 i also have acid reflux x

Is it fresh, red blood, or is it black as if it has come from your stomach?
some people have nose bleeds that drain back into their throat. It really needs proper investigation. Does it ever cause you to vomit?
Fix up an appointment with your GP and take a sample of what you have coughed up. Go to A& E if urgent.

i have same issue from 2 months i m spitting blood early morning when i wake up . i m so scared i went to GP and ENT they said its fine no problem in throat
