I'm not an expert in this, maybe someone with more experience will jump in and lend a hand, but in the meantime google
panic disorder teen mental health
Then look for an article by the same name from teenmentalhealth (dot) org.
Best luck, try to keep an even keel. Someone will be along with some better suggestions.

I have been dealing with the adrenaline sensation upon my chest and stomach for months I can't sleep because of it everytime i doze off it wakes me up and it's very very deliberating to deal with. Losing sleep energy and very fidgity with all of that takes a toll on you faster then you realize. Hope it gets better for you soon I'm seeing a new psychiatrist tomorrow hoping they can prescribe something new to help me as I've tried many of the antidepressants with no luck.

Oscar, you're a young man, so this isn't likely to be anything serious. But you do sound as though you've got anxiety disorder, and therapy and some medication helps a lot with that.
There are lots of people your age who have the same difficulties. I think some of them will send you replies. love Tess x

I'm so sorry Oscar your going through this! Panic attacks and anxiety started for me at 17 when I graduated highschool. But what your going through is anxiety and panic attacks just like your doctors said.. No doubt.. What caused this is indeed the caffein. Your body is sensitive to stimulants .. That is all. For me.. Marijuana caused it.. Which is a big stimulant for people with anxiety. But this August my anxiety attacks came back because I drank too much coffee aswell.. I had the same symptoms as you.
So just know that this IS anxiety and stress and worry causing your symptoms.. And every time your symptoms happen.. Just know the doctors cleared you and it is anxiety and not your body dieing. It is your mind worrying and overthinking about these symptoms and that makes it worse.. When you have chest pain or wierd feelings in your chest, it is actually your muscles and not your heart. Stress and tension and adrenaline causes your heart to palpitations or flutter or feel wierd.. It won't kill you.
But just like myself.. It sounds like you need to make some lifestyle changes. It sounds like you have the body type if you don't take care of yourself you will get stressed out and anxious. I know some people that can eat junk food.. Stimulants and not work out for their whole lives and have absolutely no clue what anxiety is.. So what's Gona help you is eating healthy.. No junk food or fast food or sugars untill you get better. Stop all stimulants.. Like energy drinks/coffee/Soda/Candy ect) and start exercising.. That will burn a lot of anxiety.. But start slowly as you can get anxiety from working out(everyone is different) I personally reccomend weightlifting as it really burns stress and cortisol and excess energy that will cause anxiety. And weightlifting doesn't get me as anxious as cardio. But if you can do cardio absolutely do it.
In the end it comes down to your thinking. If you start feeling these symptoms and you blame it on your body failing or your heart failing .. This will never leave you. I know it's very hard but you have to learn to acknowledge anxiety.. And just learn how to breath very slowly and relax and let it pass. Doing meditation and breathing exercises will help you. Pm me if you need any help! I wish you the best

Someone on another board mentioned an app called "buddhify" that helped him wind down. There's also a site called Calm (dot) com that has some nice natural scenes and sounds, you can just watch and listen (no account needed) or create an account and use their guided meditations too.
