I had a discoloration on my penis. it started as a small white patch before 18 months then kept expanding till it covered almost the upper part. there is also a small bumps on the head. I used coconut oil with no result. I also stopped using soap but nothing has changed. Does anyone know what this could be? and what can I do to get rid of it?

      Hello, yes I'm circumcised.

No i haven't seen a doctor yet but i don't think it's a Vitiligo because the texture of the skin has some bumps especially on the head. btw is LS curable?

Yes that is true you do have some different texture to the skin I can see that alright I think you should visit your doctor and have it checked. LS is not really curable but it is treatable and can go into remission but I don't think it is LS it could be something else do you have any other skin conditions anywhere else on your body. As I said I'd have it checked you may need to see a dermatologist. Do let me know how you get on!

No I don't have any other skin condition that's why I'm confused. Especially that I thought it may be an inflammation that disappear with time but it gets worse. However, thanks for your replies. I'd let you know the updates.

LS is not a thing in circumsized males.

Hi Js, it is very uncommon to have LS when you are circumcised but it does happen sometimes especially if you have had LS before circumcision. In this case I don't don't think it is LS but there is something else going on causing the discoloration and inflammation it needs to be diagnosed. Do you have any idea what it might be?
