I've been told Penile Pearly Papules, but I think that's wrong. Any help?

I have many annoying bumps all over my penis. They are located mainly on the shaft, and are not painful, but are itchy, annoying, and ugly. I am not yet sexually active, so these bumps couldn't be an STD. I had a doctor look at it briefly, and he said it was PPP, however the pictures shown on Wikipedia for PPP show very distinct white bumps on the ridge of the glans, whereas my bumps are on the shaft and have the look/feel of pimples. They look nothing like any of the PPP pictures. Does anyone have any advice for me?

    What age are you Al? Who was it told you this was PPP? These only appear on the rim / corona of the head / glans of the penis!

    Try looking up Fordyce Spots .....
