I’ve been very anxious and saddened by my appearance of my penis.

So I'm a 20 year old male. Im a virgin and ive had this thing going on for about a year now, its pink discoloration of my penis, and a random bump on my shaft as well, following with pink marks on my genitals aswell. The bump thing has been a thing since i went to the doctor in 2020. He classified it as Pearly Panule Papule and didnt give a recommendation on how to remove it. For the Discoloration Portion, I genuinely dont know if this could be vitiligo, or something even more serious, it has made me very self aware and anxious and depressed at the same time at a constant rate because it does not fit in with the norms of what a "normal" penis looks like. if anyone has any idea what the problem could be, can they respond, please and thank you ^^ One More thing id like to add is that i have had an addiction with excessive masturbation due to the bump and me losing confidence in the whole idea of getting with someone that'd accept me. but please if anybody can help atleast tell me what they think it is, it would be greatly appreciated.

    whats up bro, im sure yoire going through it. Seeing as youre a virgin and its not an std, cheer up lol because thats a blessing! now i would recommend a couple things!

    ive had a similar issue, excesdive masturbation that is and a little discoloration.

    1. go back to doctor, someone who can give you recommendations on ointment to help clear it up.

    2. go cold turkey on porn and masturbation! i know its tough. i do, but your health matters more and it was never good for you. youll feel better without it

    3. stay active in the gym, it helped me tons!

      i appreciate it alot, you have no idea how much happiness i just gained from reading this, Thank you so so so much, and i will do. Im going to for sure cancel the porn thing and masturbation all the way! and active gym rat ive already been doing, glad to see im on the right path with that part much appreciated!!
