can anyone help me and tell me what is this

it appears around my vagina and i got worried image

    This doesn't look like Herpes but looks very concerning. It can be a Staph infection causing the boils. Please go to a gynecologist and get checked and if you're due for a pap be sure to get it done. Well wishes.
