natty, I'm going to guess you meant to type virgin. It's impossible for any one on the forum to guess what you have. I assume you are young and probably have never had a gyn exam but that's what you need to do. It could be something easily treatable or something more serious that requires life long attention. I know it might be difficult to get in to see a doctor because of covid, but if you have a GP or a family doctor you should contact him/her and see what they advise. Good luck.

How old are you and have you had hormones tested? what does the skin like? is it white and shinny like girls who get lichen schlerosis an autoimmune condition of the vagina?

Also it could just be yeast infection-do you have white cottage cheese looking discharge or just dryness?

It could be lichen schlerosis (LS) - thought to be an autoimmune condition of the vagina....I would go get it checked because there is a treatment and the sooner the better...hard to know when you say white coating but if its white patches and irritated that sounds like it...not sure on the pimples...am sure a doc would know quickly when looking at it..

Good luck, keep us posted and hope it gets better soon ( am sure they will rule out yeast or bacterial infection). Recommend not using any scented soaps or products on it just babywash in the shower or a mild soap that doesnt mess with you Ph balance, no douching but you probably already know that.

      Best, Melissa
