I've been worried for 3 weeks

I have developed an acne over my penile shaft 3 weeks ago. Yesterday it was good but over night it became reddish yellow. Earlier when i spotted it it was red and medium sized now it seems to be a bit larger than earlier. Please help me what should I do now. I tried applying soap and water and always keep it dry.And today in afternoon when I went to toilet I saw that some fluid had come out and dried on the skin as well as in my underwear. What should I do now? Please suggest me.

Once the pus has come out, it's likely to heal itself. Maybe use an antiseptic ointment.

Yashraj I remember your first posting and that you are a teenager. I think what you are describing are Fordyce Spots and they are there all the time but in the teenage years they can increase in size and can get infected, exactly like acne.  If this is really bothering you then please do go to your doctor. If you are in UK you can make an appointment to go on your own. Doctors are often consulted about these spots so dont be embarrassed, and he may recommend an antiseptic cream for you to use.

As Pepasan has said,it is likely to heal by itself. Keep it clean .

Are you sure it's acne?  There are a few other things it could be, and it's hard for us to offer advice without seeing what it looks like.  Have you ever had unprotected sex with anyone btw?

If you want to add a pic, this should help you add images:

You'll probably need to use a PC or laptop rather than a phone or tablet.

If you don't want to add a pic, that's fine, but then I think you should probably see a doctor if it's still there in a few days.  You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

If you could update this thread and tell us what the doctors say, it would be appreciated.  Good luck.
