I've been worrying for 9 days. What is the best step i should do. And is it a STD

On the frenulum/opening of preputial (tyson) gland of my penis, there's a pimple. It's pointed nd filled with fluid. It feels like kind burning as my penis starts erecting. While it's low it's not that burning. If little of external force is applied it aches. Yellow fluid discharges. I hv done my urine and blood tests for any possible STD's,HIV,hepatitis......nothing! What should i do??

If you've already tested negative for STIs, then it's highly unlikely you have one.  Haven't the doctors said what it might be?  You haven't said how long it is since you saw them, but if you've got yellow discharge, then I'd go back if I were you.

A pic might help btw.  This should help you add images:

If you're using a phone or tablet, you may need to choose the desktop/PC option in your browser.

From an iOS device, you can either get into Desktop mode (google "iphone safari desktop mode"wink, or you can install another browser eg Chrome, Firefox or Opera (your regular Safari browser will still be there), and choose desktop mode from there.
