I've had a chronic fissure for months. When should I expect to see results from botox injection?

I had a fissure on and off for months in Fall 2020. It got bad to the point that I started using Nifedipine in March 2021. I felt okay but I would still see blood in my stool sometimes. I inserted my finger too far into my anus in April 19 and after that I felt excrutiating pain. I was in pain for weeks and couldn't walk.

I continued to use the nifedipine and it healed back to the point where I used to be before the pain. My issue is that I can't sit. Whenever I do sit I start to feel tearing and discomfort, then I see a lot of blood in my stool afterwards.

My fissure appears to be healed when checked by doctors but I still feel pain after BM and see blood in my stool sometimes. I still can't sit down. I went in because of this issue and I received botox and they did a sigmoidoscopy, which gave me a hemorrhoid.

What can I do to ensure that the botox works besides keeping my stools soft, which I have been doing? I think my pelvic pressure is too high and that's why I have issue sitting down and the reason why the fissure won't heal. I have a history of storing stress in that area.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
