I’ve had a numb tingly feeling in the lower right side of my face for 2 weeks!

For the past two weeks I've had numbness that started out in the right side of my lower lip. I went to my rheumatologist and he ordered a CT of my head and neck and that came back clear. It has now moved up a little going into my cheek and a little above my top lip. I'm scared because one of the only causes of this I can find is numb chin syndrome which is terrifying and the prognosis is only months. I'm probably blowing things way out of proportion because of my health anxiety but I can't seem to calm myself down. I'm so scared to the point that I just want to cry! Has anyone experienced numbness and tingling this long and it not been anything serious like cancer? I do have a connective tissue disease but I can't find anywhere that this would be the cause of it. I go to my family doctor on monday but just wanted to know what everyone else thought.
