I’ve had a penis irritation for over 1 month

Hello everybody I am 24 y/o. Over a month ago I started noticing that the right side of the shaft of my penis started getting red and itchy. I had something similar like that before so I used the same cream I used last time. It only made it worse. It then spread all around the penis shaft all the way up to below the penis head. I started using Clotrimazole and it irritated more and made my skin swollen. After a couple of days it got very dry and started noticing my skin peeling. Went to the doctor and she recommended that I used Clotrimazole with bethametasone. The symptoms started to look better but after I stopped using it some redness came back and now my skin in the area is very wrinkly. I cannot masturbate because it gets a lot worse and hurts. This has lasted for over a month now. Btw I got tested for all Std's and they all came back negative. I am really frustrated and depressed because of this. Can someone please help me? I would really appreciate it.imageimageimage

hey Arnaldo, have you tried some moisturising with some cream? Also, how is your diet? Fruits? Veg?

Yes I tried applying Cerave mosturizing cream and it made it worse. My skin reacted badly. It got more irritated. I always eat my fruits and veggies.

pictures are no great .. so can not really see well... but if you find cream to irritate you prob best to stop ANY type of cream and avoid shower gels.. Best warm water only. do you have any skin problems anywhere else on your body? noticed if it gets worst with sex or when using condoms?

It just gets very wrinkly and in the wrinkles y gets very red. I can post other pics if you think it would help. I have abstained from sex only masturbation and it does get worse. It started after I had to use the same underwear for three days in a row and obviously sweat got in them. Since then I have been very clean using only warm water and wearing cotton loose pants.

Pics might help identifying the issue but yeah that could have something to do with them. if/ when you masturbate, make sure your hands are clean. and that you wash(and dry), afterwards.

Here you can see the symptoms better. It is very wrinkly and it gets very red in the lines of the wrinkles. I'm just using clotrimazol while I wait for my Doctor's appointment on April 8th.

ok I think i see it now. Not convinced it is fungal issue. clotrimazol is an antifungal.. i would stop it and wait for to see the dermatologist... let us know what he/ she says

Until this is fully cleared DO NOT simply try applying creams or anything else to see if it will make it better.

You have a skin issue that needs to be resolved - it would be best for you to see a Dermatologist

yeah I am going to try and get a Dermatologist appointment sooner because the one that I tried has space for September and obviously this is urgent so I need one for at least next month. I am really scared because I saw people in other forum that had similar symptoms and they were saying that they have been dealing with it for years and still no solution. I am really scared.

try to find other services that you can go to and at least get an opinion from someone now.

Often, by going to the largest STI / Sexual Health Clinic / Service in the region where you live you will get to see, or be referred directly to specialists such as Urologists and Dermatologists - once you have an opinion or diagnosis from a specialist at least you are more likely to get the ACTUAL treatment you need put in place quicker ....

looks like what I just got done with, mild balanitis, i used lotramin ultra for 7-14 days. then moisturizer that s**t for 3-5 days with some coconut oil. and my junk felt amazing after that lmao. if its just an irritation then literally just use coconut oil to moisturize, trust me..
