I’ve had a slight ache in one testicle on and off for months and have too much anxiety to see a doct

I've had an ache in my left testicle that is off and on throughout the day for months.

I was never too worried about it as it was only a very slight discomfort, and tried to ignore it because i knew there was no chance i would have the courage to see a doctor about this sort of thing. (I'm only 16 and have never had to do this)

but now I'm becoming very concerned as my semen has become essentially water.

previous to this for years my left testicle would also occasionally become very tender for around an hour or so, this has stopped after it became tender for nearly a week.
