I’ve had a sore throat for almost a month now. What should I do?

Weeks ago, it all began with swollen tonsils with white spots/patches on them. A few days prior I went swimming (ocean), got caught in the rain, had oral sex. Doctor said it was strep throat and quickly gave me antibiotics for a week. It didnt fully go away. I got the covid vaccine, it got worse. I went back on antibiotics... the white patches are still there. Did an hiv test, it's negative. I also have nasal allergies and get postnasal drip often.image
