I’ve had a sore throat for around 2 months

could anyone give me some insight to what this might be please. my doctor prescribed me penecillin but it doesnt seem to be doing anything. image

i have sore throat

fever/chills

diarehha

generally feeling unwell.

any help will be much appreciated.
