I've had mild to moderate ear pain for months and want some advice about what the problem may be

I am an eighteen year old schoolgirl who has had some problems with both ears now since June 2020. This started from being just earache, to getting diagnosed with a perforated eardrum, which then continued to lead to severe hearing loss in the right ear and moderate hearing loss in the left. This has continued to stay at the same level since September 2020.

Since the beginning of this year, my ears haven't had to many problems minus the earache constantly and the recurrent infections. However, over the last few weeks, I have noticed that the right ear has become rather swollen and is almost double the size in comparison to the left ear. This is also quite painful and hasn't settled down since the beginning of September 2021.

If there are any professional ENT specialists on here who would be willing to speak to me personally regarding all this or even just exchange emails, I would be so grateful!

Thank you!

I had a sinus infection last year and my left ear swelled up and I was given antibiotics but that was way over a year ago and it's still swollen now! I've had numerous infections and no answers at all! Been referred to a specialist who by sounds of it also ain't got a clue, knowing I need regular appointments they have given me one for next march and told me to call the hospital if needed sooner! They started talking to me about gromets but I get the Impression noone knows tbh all I will. Say is get your ears removed of wax every so often go to a private clinic if needed so it don't build up x see if that could be a cause I hope we both find answers some day xsounds like something to do with eaushian tube thing that connects you ear and that could be blocked, I'd call a gp and see if they can give u a course of antibiotics see if that settles and see if they can refer you x
