I’ve had mucus in my chest for a month now i smoke and I am 18 years old

    Cigarette smoking has been linked with overproduction of mucus. It seems cigarette smoke suppresses a protein that causes the natural death of mucus-producing cells in the airways. That is why people who smoke often get a smoker's cough.

      but its white then sometimeses yellow and i have a stuffy nose

      Have you been to a doctor to check you do not have some form of respiratory problem and may need anti biotics?
