I’ve had pain and slight burning for 2-3 days after treating yeast infection

i had my period and a yeast infection on top of it. ive recently noticed that tampons have been irritating my vagina and making it itchy as well. i took 1 250mg diflucan pill and another one the next day and on top of it me and my boyfriend had sex while alllll this was going on. does this look like a reaction to something or should i be worried about an STD? image
