I’ve had pain in my right testical for 5 and a Half weeks now and want some advice

Pain in my right Testicle and has been happening for 5 and a half weeks now

    Iv had pain in both my testicles for 9 months now had surgery, countless doctor appointments but no one knows whats wrong with me. I dont really have any advice for u, but i feel ur pain

    Has your doctors used ultrasound on your testicles to determine if there is a problem with them.

    Or is your testicles retracting into your iguinal canal. That is why my testicles were hurting for about 5 years, before I had them tied down at the bottom of my scrotum (orchiopexy ).

    Also, if your underwear are too tight can also cause pain.

    Hopefully you will find a cause soon. My pain was horrible so I can relate. But I have very small testicles, hazel nut sized, but having larger ones, must be even more painful. Mine never grew during puberty because I have 47 xxy chromosomes. I am 66 years old now.
