I’ve had really bad mono and it was for 2 weeks and I drank a lot last night

So last night was really crazy my friend got arrested, my life situation is all messed up, ive been sad and depressed so i decided whats gonna happen if i drink. on top if this i didn't sleep for 38 hours before i drank. but i drank a bunch and then got so drunk i blacked out in my bed. i felt good while i was awake happy alive and nothing hurt but this afternoon i woke up with the worst hangover but on top of it my stomach burns in certain places and i don't normally get sore there when i drink.. and now im worried because i read not to drink with it but i just couldn't stop myself. what should i even do.

    visit your primary doctor? that would be my first step over asking random strangers over the internet who are mostly not medical professionals.
